It allowed DAF Trucks/PACCAR Parts to support DAF dealers with their Parts and Service marketing in a way never seen before in the truck market. And with great success. In 2012 Market to the MAX was awarded with a Golden Euro Effie for best demonstration of integrated effectiveness!
Today FCB runs multi touchpoint customer marketing campaigns for 620 DAF dealers in 16 European countries. And dealer marketing programs in 72 countries worldwide. With a team of over 25 people we help the DAF dealers to increase awareness, create loyal customers and generate leads in their local markets.
Yearly we develop, roll out and constantly optimize over 130 campaigns, aimed at over 300.000 transport companies all over Europe. With an integrated combination of digital campaigning, point of sale communications, targeted direct (e-)mail and social we give strong support to the DAF dealers’ positioning as the preferred partner for all DAF owners and increase their Parts and Service market share.
